I need help identifying these found in my stool.

I need help identifying these. I found them all in my stool. I started a natural parasite cleanse two weeks ago because of losing more than 25 pounds in less than 6 weeks and now I'm only 97 pounds and 5'5'. I'm having horrible cramps- first just near my colon but the last few days I have had that as well as pain behind my breastbone. Please help if you know what these are. I'm concerned as I have ME/CFS as well as CVID and was diagnosed in the past two weeks with anemia and osteopenia. I'm 39. I am supposed to start IVIG soon but would like to know what these are beforehand. I'm really concerned at how rapidly my health is declining. I'm doing all the right things to rid my body of these but need help to actually know what they are. Thank you!!!!!
