Magnesium
Agree with clew. I have been taking magnesium malate for years, if I don't
my legs cramp terribly. It is killer pain. I take magnesium malate morning and evening, if I don't I wake up in the middle of the night from leg and feet cramping. Lately I have added brain magnesium, it is new as far as I can tell, and hope that it helps too.
FYI I use Source naturals malate and Dr's Best brain magnesium.
As far as alcohol that is not the best solution but I found something interesting out this winter when I drink
high hops beer it soothes my stomach and gallbladder. I have never been much of a drinker but usually it was wine and
that wakes me up after a few hours of sleep and then I have to get up since I am wide awake, don't have that with the beer. Right now I like the Samual Adams'
Latitude48 IPA with 5 different kind of hops.
