I think it's too soon for another Longie. Give your body some time, and work on what you should be eating ALL THE TIME!
Do a cleansing diet featuring mostly fruits and vegetables. Like:
breakfast: bowl of fruit with plain yogurt (good culture) and a few raw almonds
lunch: big salad with some grilled or poached chicken breast or fish if you want extra protein
dinner: homemade vegetarian vegetable soup
all the fresh fruit and veggie JUICES you want, as well as herb teas
Give your body at least 3-4 months to build itself up before fasting again!
This diet will help to rid you of cravings while you cleanse gently between fasts.
For lunch today I had a chinese chicken salad:
shredded napa cabbage
thinly sliced carrots
thinly sliced onion
poached chicken breast
raw almonds
dressing:
Braggs aminos (like a healthy soy sauce, get it at health food stores)
garlic
ginger
sesame oil
flax oil
cayenne
YUMYUMYUM!!
Healthy does not have to mean boring!!
Get this: make this pesto and eat a tablespoon a day for 2-3 weeks to detox heavy metals! People have their urine tested and IT WORKS! VERY tasty on virtually anything--I love it on salads, soups, big thick slices of ripe tomato or just sliced medallions of chicken breast.
1/2 c. raw almonds
2 c. packed cilantro
3 big cloves garlic
flax or olive oil (about 7T)
big pinch
Sea Salt
lemon juice to taste
WHIZZZZZ in the blender til a fine paste (pesto) and enjoy!
I think there is a possibility you might be running for cover in the MC. It has been said SO TRULY: It is easier to fast than to eat well.
Practice eating well, build your body up, THEN do another cleanse!
