Thank you!! thank you thank you thank you!! this is just what I needed to see. I like the idea of the raw foods diet but it's just not possible for me at this point in time, thank you for showing a viable option. It cheered me immensely after reading that when I hit my 40 days I may not be thoroughly cleansed.
