i do a nystatin retention enema and absorb the nystatin without expelling it. then i do a 100-450 billion culture probiotic retention enema and i absorb that as well. i do two cups of distilled water with both enemas that way it water of the enema touches and reaches the cecum section of the intestine. it works man. it definitely wipes candida out. im just on remission because my liver is too exhausted.


i do 6ml of the liquid nystatin.
if you have pills then crack the pills open and put them in the enema.

i do once a day. one time a day is enough die off for me to handle lol. some people do twice a day.
