Hi, I'm very sorry about the painful bloating I hope that at this point you've gotten it under control. I had similar experiences at a point in my parasite eradication, I bloated up soooo badly at night that I literally could not sleep, I cried from the severe pain, the gas would NOT pass no matter what. I did decide that I've suffered enough damn pain from these worms and to cope with any possible future bloating I took charcoal capsules which helped tremendously. However, you just don't want a workaround to the problem, you want to get rid of the problem.. I was not sure what was causing the bloating in me, because it started occurring after my major die-off.. I assumed it was the toxins getting backed up, so I actually took out breads, alcohol, sweets from my diet, and added diatomaceous earth, psyllium husk, a whole lot of water (1+ gallon/day), exercise (a way to keep the internal stuff flowing and to sweat out all of the toxins, and of course as raw of a diet as one can get-- the goal is not to tax your body anymore.
I sure hope that something in my post is of use to you, because I know how painful it is. Then you get lower back pain severely, etc. good luck to you. I hope you're feeling better. Tweet
