Hello - I am so sorry about your situation! Let me tell you what I think has happened. This product's main ingrediant is Psyllium. Psyllium is also the main ingrediant in over the counter Metamucil. Psyllium swells up to 50 times it's size to create bulky stools. You are stopped up due to the sheer amount of psyllium in your system right now. YES drink water, water and more water. Also I would recommend prune juice. You'll need to flush the pysllium from your system from the top first. If you do not have a bowel movement in a day or so, try the enema again to see if the blockage has moved down enough to be flushed out from the bottom. I really hope you feel better. Tweet
