I used wild oregano oil from turkey .I bought it from ebay and it was some potent stuff .Its hard to calculate mg dosage with the drops .But after doing some research I decided that 4 drops were equivalent to about 100 mg .So I used about 24 drops per day .Divided into 4 doses at 6 drops each .
I spoke to the seller and he said you can actually use a 00 capsule filled half way full of the pure oil taken twice daily .You need to drink a lot of water with each dose too .
