Thank you for the info. I went out of town this weekend, and found a health foods store. I bought Jarrow Milk Thistle, Nature's Purest MSM capsules, Natural Factors Q10, Natures Purest Alphlipoic Acid, and Nativa cold pressed coconut oil.

Can I take the capsules of MSM apart, and add them to the cocktail I shower with?

I read up on biofilm. I can't seem to break it down, to get rid of it. My eyebrows have crustaceans on them, and I can't even pull them off. I have constant movement in my eyebrows, and eyes. I've been mixing Ivermectin, coconut oil, and zinc oxide together and applying it...doesn't seem to work, and I can't get the goo out of my hair. Any suggestions? I mix Ivermectin, Sulfur8, and dandruff shampoo, and let it sit for several minutes....I tried detergent, Dawn, and dandruff shampoo. Tweet
