Re: help for an abscess whose infection has spread to the jaw bone ...please help
dear sherry,
i'm sorry i took so long to get back to you, i don't come here but once in a very long time...
i still will someday need to get my fillings out and, 1 root canaled tooth probably pulled, and, need to never slack off on my routine, but, i'm doing fairly okay for now...
separately, i notice that it makes a little difference if i don't eat carbs (and possibly, there may be other substances that i consume that, i'm allergic to or are just not good for any of us),
it seems to cut down on the pain in my teeth, possibly because carbs or other substances are causing sinus congestion which causes pressure on my upper teeth(?)
and/or maybe when i give my mouth a break from chewing such as during fasting altogether, it gives my teeth a rest so they (upper and lower) hurt less?
who knows, i just do it from time to time and it's an extra boost :)
hope you are doing okay with your teeth!!! missy
