I'm on Day 5 of the protocol. Had my first night of uninterrupted sleep last night. So I'm hopeful. I've researched a few more palatable options for the 40g of fat and listed here:
* 3 scrambled eggs, 2 T butter, add veggies or herbs.
* 2oz of a high fat granola mixed with a high fat greek yoghurt and 2 T flax seeds.
* Stouffers spinach souffle (the whole package) mixed with 2 T flax seeds.
Been drinking a kale/pineapple/banana and grapefruit juice smoothy each day (which includes at least 8 leaves of gorgeous dinosaur/black kale.
