Hi, I have been diagnosed with Boop or COP, Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia and just found what looks like a 6 inch brown roundworm in my stool. Have had months of fatigue and changes in bowel movements and frequency. My upper abdomen is sensitive to pressure. I think I may have Leffler's Syndrome but my Respirologist says my lung xrays don't show signs of a parasite. What is your opinion?
