I have been on Iodine for 1.5years. I haven't had a period for two years. The bloating starts after taking my Lugols in oj with vitamin c. Actually it really started after I added 50mg of Iodoral a week ago. What kind of Liver pills? I was going to start doing lemon juice with hot water a two drops of tabasco each morning. Thank u for being such a inspiration!! I have energy just would like to see my hair fuller, memory to be better. Everday I awake and hope to see if the bags under my eyes be gone!
