Are you still doing the 50mg Iodine and 300mg Iodide? Or just the 1 gram of Iodide?
I have been doing the 300mg of Iodide and 5o mg of Iodine. I Feel good but want to increase the Iodide just alittle but my abdomen bloats all up!!!
