Re: Lab Results 6 months on iodine : O M G

My guess is that the cholestrol is high because it is there to repair the vessel walls; getting inflexible caused by deficiencies.
I was a vegetarian for 5 years. First two years fantastic. From then on very slowly my health spiraled downwards. I found exuses for it, until the day I realized I was hypo thyroid, had adrenal fatigue etc. I was for instance very deficient in magnesium; even on 10-15 units of fruits / vegetables daily.

I still believe vegetarian diet may work for some, especially in warmer climates. With enough Iodine that is.

Veganism.. This is not a vegan debate forum, but Stephy; very few if any at this board ever had success with Iodine on a vegan diet.
I used to hate it when people told me to do this or that with my diet, and I was stubborn, so I found out the hard way. Here is another that did, please take your time to read, everyone!

When it comes to cholesterol and sulfur; Stephanie Seneff is the one to read;

"When Cholesterol and sulfate "hold hands" they can navigate the waters together"
