I can add that animal fats are essential for human health. We have a Gall Bladder that was intended to digest animal fats and vegetarians are the first to suffer from gall stones and gall bladder surgery. The low fat diet is NOT as healthy as promoted.
We need a balanced diet of meat, natural fats & greases, veggies, fruits,nuts,fish. NO bread and other foods made from wheat. NO to packaged foods loaded with chemicals. NO to artificial fats, sugars & oils.
