My cholesterol on the sad diet used to be 230 and was 169 after a few month being vegan low fat High carb

Now it is 218

I am not deficient in vit B 12

I ve Asked how cholesterol can rise on this Protocol thats all

And u sounded as if u r tryign to say that my Meth. Cycle isnt Working properly even though i m getting vit b 12 shots

I might have misunderstood something

The thing that got worse on the vegan Lifestyle was only my TSH resulting in PMS

I shouldnt have mentiond that i am vegan
