My diet has caused my Iodine levels to drop thats True Coz i was avoiding seaweed etc as well as Iodine Source. But not the fact of my diet being High carb did that or it missing vit b 12. which is not True though Coz unwashed organic Frusts and veggies have the bacterias that Form b 12. I am taking vit b12 shots since i started being vegan. So thats not an issue . And didnt cause my thyroidlevels to raise. IMO it was simply the fact of me lacking iodine. Also healthy ppl have nö Issues with vit b 12. u can be non vegan and have vit b12 Problems Coz u r lacking specific gut Bakterias etc. All ppl i know having vit b 12 Deficiencies are Meat eaters BTW.
Ur explainations made Sense though. So i m just gonna Hope that my next results gonna be back to Good as they used to be before . At least regarding the cholesterol levels,liver etc. ( not TSH )
