Under cleanse at the top of the page the one with coke says it should be Classic coke.
On the parasites there are 2 views Clark says do it first and Morris says do Liver-Flush first so if you have dead parasites they get out easier.
When I arrived on CZ I just jumped in with the flush and read later what else you could do.
