I guess I would ask why would you want to do that?! But from what I know, seem like you have to be in ketosis to optimally get energy from fat and that will take a couple days if carb intake is low enough, so IMO going a couple days high-carb then switching a couple days high-fat would seem to be kind of extreme on your body.
