Re: Test results came back terrible, now what?
All the information to get started on a road to recovery is on this forum.
I suggest consulting with either Dr Neville at Clymer Healing Centre, or Dr Lam, there are pros and cons of both, self navigating at the stage you are in will be futile and could make you worse, many of us have learnt through our own experience!
Also, some good books to read
Chronic Fatigue Unmasked - Dr Poesnecker
Adrenal Fatigue ' 21st Century Stress Syndrome - Dr Wilson
Adrenal Fatigue - Dr Lam
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - Dr Myhill
Also for diet look at the Schwazbien Principal, Dr Lam and Dr Wilson also recommend there own variants off it. Stay off the
Sugar and keep the carbs down to rest your system. You will also get an email quite shortly off a person who is banned from this forum, recommending a vegan 80/10/10 diet and asking about your calorie intake - this is the worse thing you can do. Look up on this forum using the search engine for further reading on this.
You will also possibly get a comment or an email about high dosing vitamin C with a load of jargon that isnt relevant to those with AF. Be weary of this advice, megadosing has its pro's but when very unstable with severe AF it can be extremely problematic, especially if the dosage is not catered for your bodys condition, tolerance and clearance.
There is some good starting points, its a long journey and you have to dedicate your life to it, but it wont be forever. The search engine on here is a valuable asset! Some good posters to have a look at ,Feo66, Sherpa, AdrenalSuccess, Nounicorns...
you will have lots of questions, so once youve educated yourself on the condition, the questions will be less and more directed, and lots of experienced folk on here will help out.
Good Luck to you!
