People with advanced Af cant eat fruit. That isnt really anything that can be debated.

I find a low carb diet works for me better, due to the stimulation of the adrenals need to process carbs, and the Sugar they turn into requiring insulin response etc (all well documented) that in the late stages of AF, low carb is essential for life.

As AF improves, introducing carbs is also a must, it takes you to the next stage of healing, but done at the wrong time, it will crash you back many months (as i found myself)
