Insulin resistance/reactive hypoglycemia

For exampe, eating fruit will put me almost to sleep for two hours, but a chaotic unable to breathe, head spinning not really sleep (blood Sugar instability, no cortisol to correct it, so the body releases adrenaline to compensate,, then I will come too and be shaking physically full of adrenaline and anxiety, then crash a little while later. Sugar is a massive no no for low cortisol AF'ers.

I remember HealthyArtist also commenting on something similar when she was at her worse after eating an apple.
