Truthfully a paleo diet is one of the worst possible things you can do for your thyroid. Your cortisol looks fine according to the tests but we all know how reliable those tests really are. I saw alot of improvement after I ditched the p aleo diet and started working on fixing my metabolism as a whole. I would recommend reading some of matt stone's work. he's kind of a tool but his rarf method really helped me when nothing else was. Theres a few other people here who have also seen alot of improvement with his method as well. Ray peat's work is also something to look into, especially healing the thyroid.

There is alot to learn, and since we are all so different there is no set protocol. Its all trial and error. And pure frustration!

Getting on the proper eating plan is a huge chunk of the puzzle though. Good luck to ya
