Yeah avoiding soybean is really tough. Definitely can't do 95% of processed, packaged foods from the supermarket or any fast food restaurant. Smaller private owned dine in restaurants might be ok, but any chain stores they use soybean oil almost all the time.

I've never had fermented vegetable. I'll have to look it up. I honestly don't know what kefir is, never seen it, but have read a lot of users on here eat it. I'll have to go to the store or something to get it.

My gut feeling is telling me that my issues stem from an improper liver & gallbladder function. A year ago, I had pain in the middle of my back, between my shoulder blades and spinal cord. I also had pain near the traps/neck/shoulder area also. Read somewhere that liver issues can cause that and Liver Flush helps with pain of that sort. But Dr. Clark recommends doing the parasite flush and kidney flush before that and do the zapping also. So I decided that for a few more dollars I'll do the right way. Since this is the first time me trying something like this, I want to do it right so that if something doesn't work, I won't question myself in the future if I gave it a fair shot or not. You know what I mean?

I'll look into those allergy tests also. My insurance covers it, so might as well take full use of it.

Elimination Diet seems like an interesting idea too. I looked it up a few days ago when someone else on this forum said something about it. I think it was whiteshark. I've been thinking about it. The hardest part about this is to identify and isolate the cause(s) of acne. It is almost impossible to *standardize* your life and do a *controlled* experiment!
