Re: Please help
yah soybean oil is in everything. I barely eat out now. if I do, it's plain food for me. not eating out does save me a lot though. i would suggest cooking with coconut oil for a while to help kill off anything in your gut. also, if you don't want to do the elimination diet, try just the seven major allergens - soy, milk, eggs, wheat, peanut, shellfish, corn. yogurt is good, but it is dairy. vegetable ferments are stronger. some health food stores sell fermented sauerkraut. it's quite easy to make your own too. i did try food grade h2o2 but just for a very brief time like a day. i think it is a bad idea and there are other ways to accomplish the same thing. the flush is good in my opinion, but there are other ways here too. this isn't an overnight process. I've been at this for over 2 years and other than my gut feeling better, my skin still breaks out if i eat my intolerances. but i do feel like my gut dysbiosis is much better. eating a clean diet of living foods (paleo-type diet) would be my recommendation. as well as consuming good bacteria from various sources, especially veggie ferments, as they contain soil based organisms. you can also buy them in pill form (SBO). check out Dr. BG's cure, using potato starch and SBO's. i think it is helpful for dysbiosis - but not necessarily for acne.

i think the thing with the
Acne is you just have to figure out why you are breaking out. a food journal may be helpful if it's from foods. for me, skin allergy testing was useful and correct. the skin prick test. the blood test was way off. but for some it might be the opposite. many allergists offer these tests.
