Please help

Hello all,

I tried to search info on taking 35% hydrogen peroxide and Lugol's Iodine together. I couldn't find any definitive conclusion so was hoping that someone could help me with that.

My main problem is Acne and I'm starting parasite cleanse first and then liver cleanse. I'll be doing salt water flushing for my kidneys and at the same time I'll be mixing Lugol's 2% in my homemade sunscreen (80% jojoba oil, 20% zinc oxide).

I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.
