At least I did get around to it.

It is Very Old in terms of formulary.

I DO have a formula for internal strength.
That is... if I can find it, still have it.
If I turn it up, I will visit the Vietnamese herb shop... fellow also speaks/reads Mandarin... can fill the things I have on paper.
