Re: A Must READ! No kidding. Could help.
You're welcome, CLEW.
A pressure cooker, even in 2014, DOES need to be babysat.
Must keep a watch.
The All American is the thing for strictly sterilization purposes.
The engineering is superb.
No gasket.
It is that well built.
For food, today, I have a Fagor stainless steel.
A pot of beans in 22 minutes once pressure is reached.
Rubber gasket with a better safety protocol than the old Mirro (spelling could be off) gasket units.
And I cook plenty of black beans these days..... A financial downturn has actually revealed a silver lining in healthier living/cooking.
Compensation of a sort.
Just Be There in terms of a pressure cooker.
Never go away, get distracted.
NEVER leave one unattended.
That is a Good Rule to follow.
