I woke up this morning and just instinctively decided I'm going to start pulse dosing.
I didnt know MSM was a sulfur, when I was 19 I had an evaluation by an ND, and they recommended sulfur as a strong treatment option. it might be worth researching some more, i've only recently seen references to it.
I do understand the magnesium deficiency, I feel as though the amount of greens and supplements I take hits me at about... 1g a day?
