Detox Symptoms & Explanation - Need Help
Hey everyone.
I'm not new to detox regimens, or changing your health for the better. I only made my account today, because now I see a need for input from more advanced users, past what I can assimilate through reading and searches.
I'll give you a preface of my conditions, and give you a list of my current regimen towards the end.
Preface:
I had Asperger's as a child(I re-created my emotional and social sectors by using marijuana for it's neuroplasticity abilities. This was at 15 years old), as well as a full round of chronic conditions. Bronchitis, Asthma, constantly having infections and needing steroids for my broncular tubes to stop swelling. By the time I was 10, the majority of conditions were under control, other than the occasional re-occurrence of an asthma attack.
When I was 12, something strange happened. I had previously dealt with depression, but this became severe. I started sleeping 16-18 hour days, barely awake for the other 6-8 hours. I lost interest in everything, and when someone tried to wake me up, it was almost too much to even lift myself up to talk. My family, misguided by how my elder brothers behaved and acted at the cusp of their maturity, assumed this was just related to what I had seen.
I dropped out of school, and tried online schooling. I eventually dropped out of that too. Then my hormones just evened out for a while.
Fast forward 5 years to age 17, I've changed my eating habits. My entire family was morbidly obese by the time I was 8. I work out on a regular basis, and hold down a few jobs.
Then jump forward to 19, I start dealing with inflammation in my back, and developed scoliosis. I always had problems with energy, but it's something I just pushed through. About this same time, I started taking herbs to support my adrenals. I figured my fatigue was related to over-stimulation.
And now I'm 21, almost 22. A year ago in April I ran some tests for a full thyroid and free T4, T3 panel. I came in obviously hypothyroid, even compared to medical standard. It made so much sense that I was considerably lacking, especially regarding my brain-fog and constant soreness.
Iodine Protocol Experience:
I have been on
Lugol's Iodine for a month and a half now.
At first, I had a burst of mental clarity. Then it seemed all the mucus membranes in my body started excreting as much as possible. I dealt with only a few bromide headaches, but remained clear through the majority of the drainage. I've been using coffee implants/enemas to assist in my liver detox(every day or so), still having at least 1 bowel movement a day in addition. Only in the past 2 weeks have I developed 2-3 bromo-acne. About the same time, I start noticing how tired I had been getting once again.
After the main detox, and after my sniffles cleared up, I felt great. For the past 2 weeks though, I've just felt increasingly worse. I started adding D3 and a full spectrum K1,MK4,MK7 vitamin in addition to see if that would help. Now I'm considering adding a tri-boron at 9mg a day.
The main thing I can say I see a huge difference in, which is how I know the protocol is working, is the fact I started dreaming again. I haven't had a dream in 9 years, I just close my eyes and open them what seems like 5 minutes later. I always dealt with restlessness, and I feel this has helped that as well.
But recently, I've started feeling so sore and tired. I slept for 10-11 hours today because I hurt. It nearly put me off of my regular regimen before work. And the emotional detox I've been going through is getting to be a bit much.

I eat as strictly paleo as I can, but the emotional effects I've been having has made it harder for my to keep it strict at night. Through the day I typically eat 4 free range eggs with potatoes, 2 small fruit, 6-8 cups spinach/mixed greens and chicken(in two separate salads), and have given myself the luxury of grass-fed yogurt with one of the fruit. Entirely unsweetened. The dinner as of late consists of leek/cauliflower/kale soup with chicken.
My theory on what I may need:
I currently have a good amount of b-vitamins in my multi-vitamin, but I'm wondering if it wouldn't be smart to take more since with my current budget, I can't afford beef and lamb like I want to. We just have really amazingly cheap free range chicken here.
Then, the Boron. I'm assuming this will help with the emotional detox since one of the tri-boron forms easily passes in and out of the blood-brain barrier, and it my emotions might be related to flourine/ide.
Any information you could give me would be great. I tried to outline as much as possible so you can get an idea of my situation.
