All my other herbs I have been on for over a years worth of time, only the Iodine protocol has been recently added.
I can see what you're saying about starting from the get-go again. I will say I eased myself up to my current dosages, maintaining my regular diet. I started eating paleo way before this protocol. And no, I'm taking .3mg, or 300mcg.
I should also state all of my vitamins other than a few minerals are broken down into smaller dosages across my day. I also did a fair amount of research before I started taking anything, you can't just believe what you read online.
So, I should just stop taking everything for a period of time, then add on a lighter protocol? I understand what you mean, to see how each one effects me.
