Zombie house has been keeping me busy- black rats. no ac, dead appliances but structure ok, all fixable. My cats are in heaven, they have fought the invaders and triumphed, this house is now cat approved.
found all sorts of zombie you tubes, can't post back, I don't have enough posts! I guess I should keep track of my passwords... The neighborhood has migratory black rats, they move from house to house, sneak in have babies and eat all the appliances. Plugging rat entrances now they have moved on...
