Hi all,

I bought a zombie house from HUD, it's been unlived in for 4 years, so everything needs to be replaced, including the central air conditioning.
I just found our that the type of Freon that is used in central air conditioning systems has been changed by federal mandate, starting in 2015. Since I live in florida, air conditioning is an issue. Do any of you know anything about this?
I also bought laminate flooring from home depot, we will see....
