Hello,
I have fatigue, I am very exhausted all day, I bearly can take care of my food, small tasks.
All started as a psychological stress that leaded to insomnia, after that exhaustion. I didn't sleep at all for a year. After that I took medication for sleep but still (after 7 years) can't sleep on my own. I improved, but not much, let's say 40%. I think it's adrenal because I was in continuum stress and my sleep is very disturbed. I don't have gastro symptoms.
