One often gets acid reflux from having too little stomach acid. Most people think the opposite. I also have acid reflux. But, I am not suggesting it has anything to do with EC...just trying to read my tongue.

I never thought about whether I felt better at night. I guess I do not feel as groggy at night as I do in the morning. There are lots of foods and vitamins that help with Depression besides medication. Vitamin D from sunlight is supposed to really help. I do not know if vitamin D supplements are as effective, but maybe. If you have darker skin, you may not absorb as much vitamin D from the sun, though.
