Re: Hospitalization - depression may be a cause

No, my problem is that I have too much acid because of reflux disease and it's caused by Hiatus hernia ( My doctors say that one way of treating stomach inflamation is reducing the production of acid. Lack of acid doesn't make your mouth dry.

As for your simple way recommendations:
- true, I should drink more water
- I avoid bad fats - I only eat boiled/baked chicken
- I eat A LOT of fish every week, even raw fish, like herring
- I should eat more dark, leafy vegetables, although I eat a lot of raw red beets every week
- I should exercise
- I'm trying to do that
- I should sleep better

Thanks for your response. Tomorrow I'm going to sign for hospitalization. I was too late today. As most depressed people, I feel better at night. Now's dark so I feel better, I got more energy. My psychologist tells me that it's a big sign of Depression and that I should consider taking anti-depressants. Depression, as I wrote, does not only affect your mood. It can damage your body to a level of no chance for restoration. But I gotta try. I got really, nothing to lose.
