I too have the mirena iud. Ive had it since 2012. Ive felt tired all the time and also chalked it up to being a mom of two small children. But since I already have anxiety and panic disorder the symptoms im experiencing drs say its caused by the anxiety. Recently I have been geting extremely fatigued, pressure in my head muscle spams muscle cramps. Lightheaded. Went to er sun and tues because of these symptims plus bloating and nausea. Ive been dehydrated and always have sinus problems. And never nauseated. Blood work is normal xrays are normal urine is normal. Could it be the mirena?? Im thinking I may get it removed! Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
