Hi Diana, thank you so much for your kind words and all the good information. I hate to hear you are going thru such a rough time too. It makes me so mad that Mirena has done this to so many women and their families. To answer your question, I don't know about the term ANA markers, but they said they did all the auto-immune tests and MRI's and everything was 'normal'. She has been in/out of the hospital too many times to count, and they always thought it was something but then would rule it out, testing included bone marrow, spinal tabs, blood work, mri's, neuro testing etc. I am positive it is the Mirena and so is her Women's Dr who put it in and said she has had other patients with the same symptoms and she will no longer be using it on her patients in our community. I will keep checking this forum, it's so helpful and makes us feel so much better. There is finally a little light shining at the end of the tunnel.
