I said fish and eggs because they are good for your blood type (in case blood type is something that matters)
I don't mind if people is vegan, macrobiotic, etc. The important thing is they choose the right diet by hearing at their bodys not some doctor/guru/book...
Maybe vegetarian diet is right for you. If you wait some time and your sypmthoms do not get better maybe you could try to eat again a bit of animal protein. Just as an experiment for yourself. To see what is better for your body.
I hope your body is just adapting himself to the diet change and thats all.
