one could simply supplement zinc and vitamin b12 .. in case someone is missing that. Well b12 is supposed to be supplemented on a vegan diet anyways. Unless u r getting tested and it turns out that ur gut-flora can produce enough on its own. (lot of vegans dont have to supplement with b12 coz their r simply having the gut to make it on their own).
I m not gonna turn this into a vegan or not vegan discussion. Coz i know veganism is right. And obviously 99 percent here are not vegan and still having adrenal problems. Hmmmmmmmm
