Supplements by Dr. Lam ... anyone ? Adrenal Fatigue as response to new diet?

I ve been busy reading Dr. Lams website for quite a while now. Also contacted him via email (well him....or his staff... i kinda doubt its him answering every of those 10193838202 emails he gets). But anyways.....

I was also checking out his supplements. But it seems almost like the Co-Supplements u take along with Iodine if u do the Iodine Protocoll my Dr. Brownstein.

Except the pre-biotics, some herbs, etc.

The rest is pretty much what i m already taking since its part of the Iodine protocol.

Is anyone of you using his supplements ? Did they help you ? WHats ur take on it ?

Then my second matter of concern.

I was wondering if i might have had adrenal fatigue all along. Even on the poor diet i ve had before. (meat, dairy, coffee, fast-food (here and there). And that the symptoms were just supressed by the hormones in dairy and meat, the stimulants in coffee etc. Possible ????

And that now, since my diet (vegan whole plant foods) is so clean and nutrient-dense and cleaning. BUT missing in those "bad stimulants and hormones" that that is the reason for my PMS and elevated TSH levels.

Sounds logic doesnt it?

That my body just needs time to adjust on this clean diet to balance everything out.

Well it was just a thought. Maybe its nonsense but it sounded really logic to me.

Another thing. I ve checked out the blood-type diet on Dr. Lams page. I am type A and what i had to read really made me smile. Coz it says A type is supposed to be vegetarian. Avoid meat and dairy. (fish and eggs seems to be ok).
But also avoiding stuff like potatoes, tomatoes, yams, sweet potatoes :O which sucks... coz i eat tomatoes daily...and love potatoes etc.

Other thing. Grains seem to be pretty good for bloodtype a. Also all (well most) fruits and veggies.

So actually i m pretty much eating as my blood-type asks for (if one believes in blood-type diet).

:)

whats ur take on all my thoughts ?
