if u eat enough on a plant based diet u also get enough zinc. And vitamin b12 deficiency is not a thing that vegetarians or vegans do have. I m working for an internist and all patients we have who r getting vit. b12 shots are meat-eaters. I m not vegan coz i feel sorry for the animals. Actually i wear leather shoes and have a leather purse. I eat no meat and dairy coz i truly believe its harmful. We r not meant to consume animal products.
