Thanks so much for your expertise. You help keep me on track through this healing process. How much Vitamin A and Vitamin D3 should I be taking? I weigh 130 pounds. I am taking the entire supplement regimen, but have seen conflicting information on Vit A and Vit D3. Please help. Thank you.
