Re: Vitamin A and Vitamin D3
Get some forum time with Ferventer, he has had the time to look at both Vit D3 fans and detractors ;)
I have no doubt that D3 has helped my condition, but it is one of a large family, of which you already nail down a REALLY important one, the MK 4 ;)
I think with the difference between MK 7 and MK 4 is simply the origin of the nutrient- one is of fermentation origin (and thus may require extra steps to metabolize), and one is plant origin, and more body-native.
A friend of mind, elderly (70), broke his hip some 2 years ago, had an implant done. No fillings, very alternative-health minded, loves his cod liver oil, and unfortunately his beer, too. ;) He is a fan of vit D and C.. he has been doing MK7 for the past three weeks, and has reported an improvement in his tibia (less pain, stronger grip on the implant). He has also gained more gusto for life, and switched to squeaking around in his wheelchair instead of shuffling on his walker. I see an improvement in mental faculties in him, too.
God bless the man ;)
And you too!
I've got several posts in my posting history, teaching folk to use D3, about it's functions and cofactors..
TBH I still always have more to learn! 8)
