That, Natway, I cannot say. For some, it is conviction. Perhaps those who eat as you do have more conviction than those who support a low carb diet. I have no clue as to why some stick to a diet while others do not. That would be personal to each one of them, I suppose. Those that truly DO stick to their low carb diets DO look like those who eat low fat. For some, the temptation of savoring a flavor or texture must be just too alluring to say no to. That is my guess. Just as there are doctors out there that tell their patients not to smoke, but smoke themselves, so too there are diet gurus who do not walk their talk. That would be my best guess as to why low carb spokespersons are overweight.
