I think that many of these folks are not practicing what they preach, rather than that they are fat because of how they choose to eat. I am lean and fit when I eat low carb. Perhaps I need to be more specific about what I mean by that. No, I do not eat tons of fatty foods. I cut out all grains, potatoes, rice, beans,
Sugar and eat lean meats and low
Sugar veggies and fruits. I use dairy.... the real stuff. When I eat this way, I am a lean and very fit person. When I eat the things that I told you I stay away from, I get fat quickly, and am not healthy. So, for me, a low carb diet works well. While I appreciate your passion for your diet and beliefs, I do not think that there is only one diet that will keep us all healthy. I think the trick is to know what is good for YOU, and what works, then stick to that plan for optimal health. Different people have different body types, and blood types, nationalities. I do think that this is a factor in what you can and cannot eat for health.
