Then why are most of the low-carb gurus not practising what they preach, but most of the low-fat gurus are?
I've eaten both ways and it was a lot easier to eat low-carb out in restaurants than it is low-fat, so there should be no excuses if low-carb is how people are supposed to eat. What it tells me is low-carb is NOT the way people should eat and why these low-carb gurus are having such a hard time sticking with it and why the low-fat gurus are not having a hard time sticking with what they preach.
My advice to you is ditch low-carb because years on that diet is how I got here in the first place. It's unsustainable longterm.
