try flipping the meat pattern? Meat in the morning, veg and fruit the rest of the day.
it takes 6-8 hours to convert protiens to seretonin, and then from seretonin to melatonin, and filling the rest of the day with veg, etc, really helps load well with minerals and fiber to keep the colon moving.
Meats tend to contribute to constipation, maybe shuffling the meals around a bit will help? O :)
I think you can call me paleo too..
