It seems as if you are getting all your salt at once. Not sure if that is what is causing the diarrhea or not?

Once I filter 64 ounces of water in the morning I place 1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt in the water and It takes me the entire day to drink it.

The only difference between our approach seems to be the length of time it takes for each to ingest the Celtic Sea Salt .

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in.
